Key Responsibilities:
Design and deploy AI-driven automation solutions and autonomous agents for repetitive tasks and decision support.
Manage agent orchestration using platforms such as Anthropic Claude, Azure AI, and OpenAI.
Optimize workflows with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).
Integrate solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and Dataverse).
Implement Azure architectures (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and AI Services).
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and responsible AI standards.
Profile Requirements:
Advanced English proficiency.
3 to 6+ years of experience in AI development, automation engineering, or related technical roles.
Solid experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
Proven track record building AI agents or LLM-based solutions (Claude, GPT, Azure OpenAI).
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and systems integration.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
