Key Duties & Responsibilities Record and maintain financial transactions in ledgers and accounting systems. Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end closing. Verify accuracy of invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents. Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Support audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed. Maintain organized filing systems for financial records. Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and provide financial insights. Help prepare and file tax returns Support payroll processing (salary calculations, deductions, tax withholdings). Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
