Lead Management & Digital Selling
Qualify, nurture, and convert inbound digital leads into sales using modern tools (Salesforce, Chatbots, Marketplace).
Leverage industry events, exhibitions and market research activities to generate/ strengthen leads pipeline.
Manage leads through the full sales pipeline with strong CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy.
Account Management & Revenue Growth
Own sales and profitability for assigned industry accounts across MEIA (Middle East, India and Africa) region.
Promote Novonesis biosolutions (enzymes, microbes and related offerings) by translating technical benefits into clear value propositions (feed efficiency, animal performance, silage quality, ROI etc).
Providing inputs for demand planning, inventory management and financial planning.
Customer Engagement & Segmentation
Deploy and refine customer segmentation models to improve targeting & engagement quality.
Capture customer feedback and translate insights into commercial actions and improved engagement models.
Collaboration & Cross Functional Alignment
Work closely with Marketing, Technical Service, Regional Inside Sales, Strategy Deployment, and Commercial transformation teams to co create and execute Inside Sales plays and digital campaigns.
Support trial setup, interpretation, and conversion into repeatable commercial wins.
Digital capability strengthening
