Supplier Developer (Home & Kitchen) - Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard strategic suppliers and brands, Negotiate pricing and commercial terms, Develop supplier relationships to improve performance and competitiveness, Conduct market research and competitor analysis, Monitor supplier performance and drive cost initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Experience in supplier sourcing, vendor development, or category support, Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented. 2. Retail - Shop Operations Officer - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance, Monitor and drive sales performance against set targets, Manage inventory levels and stock reconciliation, Prepare and analyze sales and stock reports using Excel, Utilize Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas) for data analysis and reporting, Identify sales trends and recommend improvement strategies, Coordinate with internal teams to optimize stock availability and turnover.
