We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture across a national portfolio of digital health platforms. The Platforms in this scope will be as below: Facility HMIS for Level 5 & 6 hospitals; Comprehensive SHA eClaims platform; AI-driven fraud detection engine; Electronic Quality Management System (EQMS); Drug Utilization Review (DUR); Unified National Logistics Management Information System (NLMIS); National Health Data Lake & Advanced Analytics platform; Integration with National HIE, SHA ERP, DHA analytics, and national registries. Key Responsibilities: Define and maintain enterprise architecture aligned to the Kenya Health Enterprise Architecture (KHEA) and DHA standards. Lead solution design across clinical, financing, supply chain, AI, and analytics systems. Architect interoperable systems using HL7 FHIR and OpenHIE principles. Design and oversee implementation of a national health data lake integrating clinical, claims, logistics, fraud, and quality data. Establish scalable analytics frameworks for dashboards, AI/ML deployment, predictive fraud detection, and utilization analysis. Ensure secure, sovereign, and compliant cloud deployment aligned to Kenya Data Protection requirements. Provide technical leadership to MoH, DHA, SHA, and consortium partners. Chair architecture reviews and enforce governance standards.
