Social Protection / Social Registry Specialist (Short-Term Advisory Role)

We are seeking a short-term specialist with deep experience in social registries, beneficiary targeting, and government registry systems to support technical design and proposal development. This role would involve advising on: Social protection beneficiary registration frameworks, National social registry systems and MIS integration, Data governance and registry validation workflows, Beneficiary targeting and enrollment processes, Operational design for large-scale household registration exercises. Preferred experience: Direct experience with national social registries or social protection systems, Work with government ministries, World Bank, or other development partners, Experience supporting beneficiary registration or enrollment exercises, Familiarity with large-scale household data collection operations.
