As a Senior Accountant, you will take full ownership of year-end compilation and financial reporting for Dutch clients. You will not perform audits. Instead, you will be responsible for the final reporting output and the technical quality of financial statements. Your work includes: reviewing accounting records and identifying inconsistencies or risks; performing final adjustments (accruals, provisions, reclassifications); converting reviewed accounting records into Dutch-compliant financial statements and abridged reports; managing multiple year-end files simultaneously in a structured, deadline-driven environment; delivering accurate, well-documented, review-ready files; continuously improving efficiency, documentation quality, and turnaround time; communicating professionally with Dutch accountants. This role combines technical rigor with a strong focus on execution speed and ownership.
