The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into signed agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants. The role requires a target-driven and self-motivated individual who can work independently while supporting overall business growth within the property management portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field prospecting; Follow up with prospective landlords and tenants and convert them into signed agreements; Present and promote property management services to potential clients; Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention; Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to achieve sales targets; Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and performance; Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements; Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements. Minimum Requirements: KCSE minimum grade C (Plain); Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; Prior experience in a similar position within a property management company will be an added advantage; Good written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work independently and follow instructions; Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused.
