What you will do: Guest Management: welcome all visitors in a polite, friendly and cheerful manner while attending to their inquiries professionally and accurately while directing them to their appropriate departments. Manning the reception: ensure the reception desk is always manned to provide full coverage. Display of staff & visitor badges: enhance company security by ensuring that all staff and visitors always display their identification badges. Office & Washroom Cleanliness: conduct daily checks to ensure washrooms are clean and well maintained. Coordinate promptly with the ICPAK cleaning company to replenish tissues and address any cleanliness issues. Delivery Notes and Invoices: prepare gate passes for all outgoing parcels. Prepare and issue waybills to vendors for dispatched items. Maintain and regularly update the dispatch tracker to capture fleet gears dispatched to field team. Office Repairs: coordinate and manage repairs for office furniture when required to ensure office functionality. Office Fumigation: organize and coordinate quarterly office fumigation to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment. Wells Fargo & G4S: Coordination of Dispatch and Receipt of Goods Between CPA and Other Mogo Branches via Wells Fargo. What you will need: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt quickly and work independently. Must be Fluent in English and Swahili. Must have good digital skills.
