Our client is looking for a Results-Driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth in the Kenyan property market. Minimum 4 years' experience in land sales (Mandatory). At least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role. Strong knowledge of Kenyan land laws & processes. Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets. Excellent leadership, negotiation & client relationship skills. Experience managing and training sales teams.
