in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field Proven experience as a Production Manager in manufacturing Strong understanding of wood product manufacturing processes (assembly, finishing, packaging) Experience with Lean methodologies (5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen) Familiarity with quality control standards and production systems Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Resource Management: Plan and execute production schedules, optimize use of materials and labor, and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of inputs. Leadership & Team Performance: Lead production teams, drive performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Quality Control & Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to quality standards, resolve production issues, and drive Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
