Key Responsibilities: People Operations & Documentation Support: Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation and coordination of required documentation; Support maintenance of complete, accurate, and up-to-date employee records (digital and physical); Support updates within HR systems and internal tracking tools to ensure data accuracy; Assist in preparing standard employment letters and documentation; Support tracking of probation confirmations, leave records, and key documentation timelines; Support adherence to internal policies and documentation standards; Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex matters appropriately. Confidentiality & Data Integrity: Support secure handling of sensitive employee information; Maintain structured and organized filing systems to ensure confidentiality and accessibility; Support compliance with internal data protection standards and documentation protocols. Administrative & Office Management Support: Support smooth day-to-day office administration and coordination; Assist in organizing onboarding logistics, internal meetings, and People-related sessions; Support vendor coordination for office services and facilities-related matters; Maintain structured administrative processes to ensure operational consistency. Employee Experience Coordination: Support organization of engagement initiatives and internal People communications; Assist in ensuring employees receive timely information and structured support; Contribute to maintaining a professional, responsive, and reliable People experience. What Success Looks Like: By the end of this 6-month engagement: Employee lifecycle processes continue smoothly with no operational gaps; All employee documentation and data are accurate, complete, and consistently maintained; Sensitive information is handled with discretion and in line with internal standards; Employees receive timely, clear, and professional support for People-related queries; Office and administrative processes remain structured and reliable; The People function remains organised, responsive, and trusted throughout the coverage period. Requirements: Must-Have Requirements: Approximately 2+ years' experience in HR, People Operations, or an administrative support role; Demonstrated experience supporting employee lifecycle processes; Strong attention to detail and high level of organisational discipline; Proven ability to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion; Strong communication skills with a responsive working style; Experience supporting office administration and coordination; Ability to prioritise and maintain structure in a fast-paced environment.
