Duties and Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop annual group marketing strategy aligned to business targets, Create brand positioning for each company, Define target customer segments and value propositions, Develop campaign calendars for all brands, Prepare and manage marketing budget. Revenue & Lead Generation: Build structured lead generation funnels, Support sales with marketing materials and pitch decks, Design B2B acquisition campaigns, Track and optimize cost per lead, Support tender visibility and market intelligence. Brand Management: Standardize brand identity across all companies, Ensure consistent messaging and visual alignment, Manage website, social media, PR and digital presence, Develop thought leadership positioning for leadership team. Digital & Performance Marketing: Manage digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, etc.), Oversee content creation (case studies, brochures, newsletters), Improve website traffic and conversion rates, Implement CRM / lead tracking system. Market Intelligence: Competitor analysis, Industry trend tracking, Customer feedback analysis, Recommend new product or service positioning. Team & Vendor Management: Manage designers, agencies, content creators where needed. Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, 5–8 years’ experience in B2B marketing, Experience managing multiple brands, Strong digital marketing capability, Data-driven and commercially oriented, Strong presentation and strategic thinking skills.
