Licensed attorney with a valid bar membership. Proven experience as a Legal Counsel or similar role, in a corporate environment, with a minimum of 5years experience post admission. Have a track record of onboarding new clients in the legal practice environment. Strong understanding of Criminal Law, Tax Law, Aviation Law & Civil Law Excellent legal research and analytical skills. Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively to non-legal stakeholders. Negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Unquestionable integrity with a high sense of professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information. Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in the role. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, when need arise. Have the ability to nature and support teamwork within the firm. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and have ability to handle and work under pressure. Have the ability to work with minimum or no supervision.
