Your Work-life Opportunity We are looking for a talented and passionate Office manager to be our Culture Ambassador, organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures in our Kenya Offices in Nairobi and Mombasa. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, providing high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. And ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL: Organize office operations and procedures Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, landlord, catering and security services Give support to the facilities coordinator for maintenance vendor escalation. Ensure correct vendor accountability Give support to in-house events or celebrations and conferences Detect and fix office related issues Ensure having a great working environment, following sustainable practices Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office standards. Keeping the office organized and clean with the cleaning staff support. Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly Onboarding newbies and ensuring their support during their first days; Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements. Manage reception and guests to the office Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and the HR team in HQ Be the first point of contact for employees for onboarding and HR-related policies and processes
