The Insurance Broker will provide professional insurance services to clients in both commercial and personal lines. The role involves sourcing, advising, and placing insurance business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Meet business growth and sales targets; Ensure business closed is retained in the books as per set guidelines; Advise clients on appropriate commercial and personal insurance products; Source and develop new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients; Prepare and present insurance proposals, renewals, and claims submissions; Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements; Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with company and regulatory standards; Provide timely support and follow-up on client queries and claims. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: 3–5 years experience as an insurance broker; Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license; Strong client service, communication, and negotiation skills; Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently; Travel may be required to meet clients and attend industry events; Performance measured on sales targets, client satisfaction, and compliance adherence.
