Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
Lead 2+ daily yoga sessions for all guest levels
Create a welcoming, professional guest experience
Prepare and maintain yoga spaces and equipment
Promote sessions and encourage participation
Travel between properties as scheduled
**Spa & Wellness Support **
Assist with guest enquiries and spa bookings
Handle WhatsApp, phone, and front desk support
Support spa operations and guest experience
Assist with admin and daily coordination
Deliver additional wellness services if qualified (e.g. Pilates, massage, fitness, meditation)
Key Attributes
Certified yoga instructor (required)
Confident teaching all levels
Friendly, professional, guest-focused
Strong English communication skills
Reliable, flexible, and well-presented
Comfortable with basic digital tools (phone, WhatsApp)
Wellness/hospitality experience preferred
Extra wellness qualifications are a strong plus
Working Environment A hybrid role combining structured yoga sessions with flexible wellness and spa support duties.
Salary KES 80,000-100,000 gross per month, depending on experience and additional qualifications. Benefits shared on application.
