We are looking for Wellbeing Facilitators who enjoy working with people and can guide them toward positive, engaging, and meaningful experiences.

The Role

Wellbeing Facilitators act as guides and facilitators of wellbeing experiences.
They create an environment where people feel comfortable participating, connecting with others, exploring new experiences, and developing healthier and more fulfilling ways of living.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage members and participants.
Guide people through wellbeing-focused experiences and activities.
Help participants feel comfortable, included, and engaged.
Encourage participation without being forceful or controlling.
Facilitate meaningful conversations and social interactions.
Motivate people to explore new experiences.
Support participants in pursuing their personal wellbeing goals.
Create a positive, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere.
Observe participants and provide appropriate guidance when needed.
Encourage healthy social connections and community participation.
Coordinate and facilitate group experiences.
Help participants get the most value from their Cosmos Wellbeing experience.
Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve participant experiences.
Represent the values and culture of Cosmos Wellbeing.
