**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES **
Ensure GDP, regulatory and quality compliance.
Liaise with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
Oversee receiving, storage, distribution and stock control.
Ensure proper product storage, FEFO/FIFO and traceability.
Manage controlled drugs, complaints and product recalls.
Develop and implement SOPS and quality procedures.
Supervise warehouse staff, performance and training.
Monitor stock reconciliation, expiries, damages and discrepancies.
Prepare warehouse reports and performance updates.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy. Valid and current Pharmacist's License is MANDATORY.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a busy pharmaceutical warehouse.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). Knowledge of Sage ERP is an added advantage.
Professional certification in Supply Chain is desirable.
Strong analytical, communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Experience with warehouse management software/databases and KPIs.
Ability to work effectively with management and staff at all levels.
