Key Responsibilities
Shoot and edit professional property photos and videos.
Create reels, short-form videos, graphics and other digital content.
Manage visual content for social media, websites and property platforms.
Develop creative campaigns and new content ideas.
Produce media packs, presentations and visual assets for the sales team.
Support drone photography, virtual tours and premium property shoots.
Cover corporate events and produce photography and highlight videos.
Maintain consistent brand standards across all visual content.
Track content performance, engagement, reach and effectiveness.
Requirements
Proven experience in photography, videography, video editing and digital content creation.
Strong skills in graphic design and visual storytelling.
Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels and other digital platforms.
Ability to independently plan, shoot, edit and deliver polished content.
Creative, innovative and up to date with visual and social media trends.
Experience in real estate, property, lifestyle or luxury brands is an added advantage.
Drone photography/videography experience is desirable.
