Key Responsibilities
Issue, reissue, revalidate, and process refunds for domestic and international airline tickets.
Manage airline reservations, cancellations, itinerary changes, and schedule updates.
Construct fares accurately in line with airline and IATA rules.
Provide clients with professional travel advice on routes, fares, travel requirements, and policies.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate ticketing, invoicing, reconciliation, and operational records.
Ensure compliance with IATA, BSP, airline, and Tourism Regulatory Authority (TRA) requirements.
Build strong relationships with clients, airlines, and travel partners.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management, Travel & Hospitality, Tourism Consultancy, or a related field.
Valid IATA certification is mandatory.
At least 2–3 years' hands-on experience using Amadeus GDS or a comparable reservation system.
Practical experience in airline ticketing, fare construction, refunds, reissues, and BSP processes.
Good knowledge of airline rules, tariffs, and international travel requirements.
Excellent customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and integrity.
