Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead the sales function, develop growth strategies, and drive revenue performance within the real estate business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Establish and manage strategic partnerships with banks, corporates, agents, and other key sales channels.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and market segments.
Organise and leverage sales events, open days, exhibitions, property launches, and other promotional initiatives.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, conversion rates, and team KPIs.
Provide sales forecasts, market insights, and regular performance reports to management.
Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve targets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Ensure the sales function is structured and positioned to support the company's continued growth.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in real estate sales with demonstrable sales performance.
Proven experience developing and executing sales strategies.
Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Experience establishing partnerships with banks, corporates, and other strategic sales channels.
Experience organising and leveraging sales events, open days, exhibitions, and similar initiatives.
Strong leadership maturity and commercial acumen.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales cycle.
