To support its continued growth, our client is seeking a proactive, creative, and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to join its team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, supporting marketing initiatives, nurturing customer relationships, and strengthening the company's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

Follow up on customer inquiries generated through social media, the company website, referrals, and walk-in clients.
Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Prepare quotations and follow up to close sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
Conduct regular customer follow-ups to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Marketing

Support the planning and execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Manage and update the company's social media platforms with engaging content.
Assist in creating marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, graphics, photos, and videos.
Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Assist in organizing exhibitions, product launches, promotions, and customer engagement events.
Track marketing campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Marketing, Business
Administration, Communications, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Creative with an interest in digital marketing and brand development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using social media platforms for business marketing.
Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
