About the Role
Responsibilities
Market and sell residential properties on behalf of clients.
Source, list, and manage residential properties for sale and rent.
Conduct property viewings and client consultations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and property values.
Negotiate offers and successfully close property sales and rental transactions.
Prepare and manage offers, agreements, and transaction documentation.
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
Maintain accurate records and update CRM and property management systems.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, banking, insurance, hospitality, or residential real estate is an advantage.
Knowledge of the residential property market in Kilimani, Kiambu Road, Westlands, Riverside, Nyali, Mombasa, Vipingo, and Kizingo is desirable.
Own a personal vehicle and be willing to travel for property viewings and client meetings (preferred).
Must be based in Nairobi or the Coast Region.
