Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily detergent production activities.
Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure production targets are achieved.
Supervise production staff and allocate duties effectively.
Monitor mixing, formulation, filling, packaging, and storage processes.
Ensure products are manufactured according to approved formulations and quality standards.
Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
Conduct production checks and coordinate with the Quality Control team.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare production reports.
Ensure production machinery and equipment are properly operated and maintained.
Enforce workplace health, safety, hygiene, and chemical-handling procedures.
Identify production challenges and implement corrective measures.
Train and guide production employees on proper production procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable manufacturing standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in detergent, soap, chemical, FMCG, or related manufacturing is highly preferred.
Proven experience supervising production teams.
Good understanding of chemical handling, formulation, quality control, and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with production machinery and manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
