The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, basic technical troubleshooting capabilities, and a customer-centric mindset to ensure partners are set up for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding Pipeline Management: Monitor the onboarding pipeline to identify, prioritize, and manage high-priority partners, ensuring critical accounts are activated swiftly and efficiently.
Partner Training & Enablement: Conduct proactive outreach to qualified partners, delivering structured, step-by-step training on how to navigate the platform, manage storefront operations, and fulfill orders.
Technical & Operational Support: Provide direct support to partners facing early-stage hurdles, resolving technical and operational queries (e.g., device setups, web application navigation, and login/credential issues) reported across all internal channels and customer touchpoints.
Onboarding Quality Control: Serve as a trusted advisor to ensure partners feel confident and fully equipped to operate independently after completing their onboarding phase.
Job Requirements & Qualifications

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and patiently.
Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy with a strong ability to learn web applications quickly and troubleshoot basic software access, login issues, and hardware/device setups.
Time Management & Prioritization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, manage a high volume of partner accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving Skills: A solution-oriented mindset with the capability to identify root causes of onboarding friction and resolve partner queries efficiently.
