Requirements
Minimum QualificationsÂ
Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB).
Minimum 5 years' post-internship experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Registration and valid practising licence from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).

Proficiency in general medical practice with ability to manage a wide range of conditions.Â
Strong leadership and team management skills with proven mentorship experience.Â
Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, clinical governance, and hospital operations.Â
Capacity to manage emergencies and coordinate multidisciplinary care.Â
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.Â
Competence in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and hospital information systems.Â
High ethical standards, integrity, and patient-centred approach.Â
