**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES **
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote medical and laboratory products.
Developing marketing materials, product catalogues, brochures and digital content.
Managing social media platforms and website content to strengthen brand visibility.
Coordinating trade exhibitions, conferences, CME events and other promotional activities.
Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
Supporting the sales team with product information, promotional materials and campaign leads.
Coordinating product launches and promotional activities with internal teams and external vendors.
Monitoring marketing campaign performance and preparing marketing reports.
Tracking campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
Performing any other duties assigned by management.
**REQUIREMENTS **
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
Diploma in Marketing, Nursing, Clinical Medicine or a related field may be considered with relevant experience.
1-3 years' experience in marketing, brand management or product promotion, preferably in the medical, healthcare or FMCG sector. Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional events.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Excellent communication, content creation and copywriting skills.
Professional certification such as CIM, MSK, NCK or equivalent will be an added advantage.
