Manufacturing Excellence and Continuous Improvement_
Support NCE deployment and factory improvement plans.
Translate market priorities into factory objectives.
Coach teams and strengthen manufacturing excellence capability.
Project and Performance Management_
Drive improvement initiatives and measure outcomes.
Support factory reporting and digitalisation activities.
Promote cross-functional collaboration and best practice sharing.
What Will Make You Successful
Minimum 2 years factory experience.
Knowledge of continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence principles.
Strong coaching, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
