Maintain a consistent live schedule (e.g. set days/times per week) to build a returning audience

Monitor and report basic session performance (viewers, engagement, units sold, revenue) after each

Prior experience hosting TikTok/Instagram lives or livestream selling (an advantage, not mandatory)

Confident, engaging on-camera presence and clear spoken communication in English and Kiswahili

Basic understanding of TikTok Shop, social commerce, or willingness to learn quickly

Comfortable with product demos and handling live audience questions

Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a fixed live schedule

Basic phone/photography/lighting setup knowledge is a plus
