KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all debt recovery through legal processes is handled in the best interest of the company and its customers and that the recovery process is well effected and supported;
Review and vet all legal costs and settle the same promptly
Ensuring service providers serve the company in the most cost-effective manner
Contracting and Review of Legal documents for business and support units
Contracting and Review of Legal documents for business and support units
Handle all internal legal administrative tasks as may be allocated from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB), Post Graduate Diploma in Law
At least two years' practical working experience in microfinance.
Excellent people management skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
