Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and theses.
Engage in active research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
Participate in curriculum development, academic advising, and university service.
Mentor students and contribute to the overall intellectual life of the university.
Minimum Requirements
A PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in the relevant field from a recognized university. (Master's degree holders with significant teaching experience and ongoing PhD studies may be considered for Tutorial Fellow positions.)
At least 2–3 years of university teaching experience for Lecturer level; 5+ years for Senior Lecturer.
Proven track record of research and publications.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and digital literacy skills.
