Requirements & Qualifications
For appointment to this grade, an applicant MUST have: -
Diploma in any of the following; Mass media, Journalism, Mass Communication, media techniques, media studies, Communication or any other approved equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C with a minimum of C+ in English or Kiswahili and C in any other relevant subject or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution
Demonstrated professional competence
Good oral and written communication skills
A member of the media Council of Kenya
Proficiency with DSLR/Mirrorless Camera and other photography equipment's
Proficiency in Photo editing software e.g Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom etc.
