Are comfortable working with healthcare leaders, clinicians and operational teams
Can map processes, identify gaps and recommend better ways of working
Understand the role of technology and digitisation in modern healthcare delivery

THE KIND OF PERSON WE WANT
We are not simply looking for someone who can identify what is wrong.
We want someone who can ask:
What is happening? Why is it happening? What should change? How do we implement the change — and how do we know it worked?
If that describes the way you think, we would like to hear from you.
