DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Participation – Engage in structured learning modules and workshops.Â
Project Support – Assist in mechanical engineering projects and operational tasks.
Compliance Learning – Understand and apply safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.Â
Reporting & Documentation – Prepare learning reports, technical notes, and presentations.
Mentorship Engagement – Work closely with senior engineers and managers for guidance.
Continuous Improvement – Apply feedback, develop technical and leadership skills.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Fresh graduates or up to 2 years' experience.
Strong academic background and technical aptitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
