Positive Scepticism: The ability to critically question, interrogate, and contextualise data and AI-generated outputs rather than accepting them verbatim.

Qualifications & Technical Competencies:
Academics: Postgraduate degree in Economics, Applied Economics, PPE, Public Policy, International Development, Development Studies, Business Science/Accounting, Health Economics, or related quantitative/social science disciplines is strongly preferred.
Analytical & Quantitative Skills: Strong ability to handle, clean, and interpret quantitative or qualitative data. Foundational comfort with analytical software (e.g., Stata, R, Python, Excel) is advantageous.
Digital & AI Fluency: Comfort and active curiosity in utilising modern AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to streamline research and workflows effectively.
Communication: Strong English communication, storytelling, and writing skills. Business proficiency in French or Portuguese is highly desirable for regional project expansion.
