Job description
Requirements
Applicants must:
Be a Kenyan citizen with a valid national ID
Minimum education: KCSE certificate
Be flexible and available to work in shifts
Be physically fit, hard-working and able to stand for long hours
Have statutory documents: NSSF, SHA and KRA PIN
Relevant skills and experience (machine operation) in a shoe factory/manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
Provide a passport-size photograph.
Be able to work quickly and efficiently with your hands.
Be disciplined and punctual.
Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Key responsibilities
The General Workers will be responsible for:
Assisting with shoe manufacturing and production-line activities.
Handling, sorting, loading and offloading raw materials and finished shoes.
Maintaining cleanliness and safety on the factory floor.
Supporting daily factory and production operations.
Performing other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
