**Qualifications: **
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience with 2-3 years' experience in an F&B supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control and inventory management.
Good leadership, communication and commercial skills.
Knowledge of POS and hotel/inventory systems.
**Key Responsibilities: **
Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including bar, restaurants and events.
Focus on revenue, profitability, and cost management.
Uphold service, food quality, and hygiene standards.
Train and motivate the F&B team.
Manage stock, purchasing. inventory, and waste.
Ensure guest satisfaction and effective service recovery.
Comply with hotel SOPs, food safety, and Kenyan regulations.
