KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and strategic plans, providing monthly operational insights.
Conduct business performance analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports to track organizational and program performance.
Evaluate investment opportunities through feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and financial due diligence.
Manage and monitor investment portfolios, recommending strategies to optimize returns and mitigate risk.
Provide strategic financial advisory to leadership on resource allocation, investment prioritization, and organizational growth initiatives.
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks while strengthening risk management frameworks.
Leverage data analytics, automation, and emerging technologies (including AI) to enhance financial reporting and decision-making.
Evaluate policy effectiveness, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the development and implementation of improved financial and operational policies.
Requirements
Must be a born-again, mature Christian who conforms to the CITAM statement of faith.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Professional qualification such as CPA(K), ACCA or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 6 years' experience as a financial analyst, investment analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation techniques.
Demonstrated experience in business performance analysis and strategic financial planning.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, Power BI, and other financial analysis tools.
Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights.
Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in financial analysis.
