What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper, preferably in a hotel or similar hospitality setting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with housekeeping software and MS Office applications
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
Degree in Hotel Management or Diploma in Housekeeping and Laundry from Kenya Utalii College (or another recognised hotel training institution)
Minimum of 8 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
