**Key Responsibilities **
Essential Functions
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and electrical equipment; conduct preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, identifying root causes and implementing repairs promptly.
Repair or replace faulty wiring, switches, outlets, and fixtures as needed. Install new electrical systems, components, and fixtures in line with hotel standards, BS 7671, and IET wiring regulations.
Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues, minimizing disruptions and hazards.
Ensure all electrical work adheres to local codes and safety standards; identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Maintain accurate records and logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and installations.
Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance without disrupting guest experiences.
Attend to minor service needs for the Solar PV system.
