Main responsibilities:
Receive and process customer inquiries (via phone and email);
Optimize communication and relationships with various stakeholders;
Report, follow up, document and take action to resolve all ongoing issues until they are resolved;
Inform customers on products and services offered;
Perform data entry;
Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or related to the position.
Desired qualifications/requirements for the position :
Excellent English
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
Excellent listening and communication skills
Positive attitude and professional work ethic
Interpersonal skills, tact, diplomacy and politeness
Sense of responsibility and discretion
Autonomy and resourcefulness.
Schedule flexibility.
Previous experience with a North American company would be an advantage.
