Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail: -
Recording customer complaints, compliments and associated responses;
Promoting a positive corporate image of KVB;
Posting of content on the website and social media platforms under supervision;
Collecting and collating comments from across the Board's social media platforms;
Providing support for the graphic design of various promotional, and Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials, reports and documents as needed;
Processing information from the customer care desk under supervsion.
For appointment to this grade a candidate must have: -
Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: Communications, Journalism, English Literature, Public Administration, Public Relations, or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution; and
Proficiency in computer applications.
