Our client is seeking to hire Company Secretary Graduate Trainees to join their team on a 3-month training programme, with the potential for further engagement based on business needs.
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals who are interested in building a career in corporate compliance and company secretarial practice
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation and maintenance of company secretarial records and statutory documents.
Assist with statutory filings and regulatory compliance requirements.
Assist with maintaining company registers and corporate records.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
Support client communication and follow-up on company secretarial matters.
Conduct basic research on corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
Assist senior team members with company secretarial assignments and client deliverables.
Required Specifications
Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Completed or pursuing CS/CPS qualification.
Some exposure to company secretarial, legal, governance, or compliance work is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to commit to the full 3-month training programme.
Available to start mid-September 2026.
