**Qualifications, Skills and Experience **
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Strong experience in Purchase Accounting, P2P processes, spend control, and procurement finance.
Hands-on SAP experience, particularly MIGO, MIRO, GRIR, vendor accounting, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
Strong understanding of procurement controls, PO and quotation compliance, expense accounting, vendor reconciliation, and purchase-related controls.
Strong analytical, financial control, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments preferred.
**Key Responsibilities **
Own and control the end-to-end P2P and purchase accounting cycle, ensuring proper authorization, documentation, accounting, and reconciliation.
Review SAP MIGO, MIRO, GRIR, vendor accounts, purchase orders, invoices, advances, and clearing accounts for accuracy and timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with procurement, quotation, PO, expense, and accounting policies while identifying unauthorized, duplicate, or incorrect transactions.
Analyse purchasing and vendor spend, price variances, cost increases, and process gaps to identify cost-saving and control opportunities.
Lead month-end purchase-related reconciliations and prepare MIS covering spend, GRIR ageing, open POs, vendor advances, and control exceptions.
