Experience selling passenger seats, vehicle interiors, automotive components, accessories or related products is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the commercial passenger-vehicle and matatu market.

Proven ability to identify prospects, develop relationships and close sales.
Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This is not a showroom sales position.
We want someone who can go into the market, identify SACCOs and operators acquiring or converting vehicles, reach the decision-makers and turn those opportunities into passenger-seat supply and installation contracts.
If you already have strong relationships within the matatu, fleet and commercial passenger-vehicle ecosystem, we would like to hear from you.
