Qualifications
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field.
Training in Bartending, Mixology or Beverage Management will be an added advantage.
Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene is preferred.
Experience.
2–5 years' experience in bar operations, hospitality, or food & beverage service.
Previous experience as a Bartender, Senior Bartender or Bar Attendant.
Proven experience in staff supervision and customer service.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of bar operations, beverages and mixology.
Excellent understanding of stock control, inventory management and beverage costing.
Proficiency in POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
Knowledge of health, safety and liquor licensing requirements.
Ability to supervise, train, motivate and develop bar staff.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain high service standards and monitor staff performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle guest complaints and challenging situations professionally.
A strong passion for guest satisfaction and service excellence.
