QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education: Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Business Administration or a related field.
Work Experience: At least 3 years' experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant or FMCG industry.
The ideal candidate should have:
Strong procurement and negotiation skills
Excellent supplier management abilities
Good knowledge of purchasing procedures and inventory management
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities
