Minimum Requirements for appointment:
Bachelors Degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management or relevant field from recognized and accredited universities;
Have three (3) years work experience as a Assistant Catering Officer Grade 9 or comparable position.
Computer literate.
Duties and responsibilities at this level entails; -
Coordinate all the catering services within the University.
Prepare quarterly income and expenditure reports.
Present regular reports on operational matters.
Develop and review catering policies, procedures and processes..
Prepare annual budgets, procurement and work plans.
Organize health examination for food handlers to ensure compliance; and
Maintain inventory control to ensure stock levels are adequate.
