Academic & Professional Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management.

Membership to the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).

Minimum of 3-4 years' HR experience.

Experience working in the service industry will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
